Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Lead/Pre-Sales Specialist. Your primary focus will be to effectively market our API and protocol products to a diverse range of customers in the crypto, DeFi, and Web3 sectors.
💼 What Your Role Entails
🚀 Leading API and Protocol Sales: Master Rarible’s product offerings, effectively conveying their value to clients. Guiding clients through the pre-sales process, aligning their business objectives with our offerings.
🤝 Engaging Customers & Providing Solutions: Become an integral part of the customer journey, supporting them from exploration to full adoption. Clarify client requirements and offer tailored integration and product solutions.
👥 Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Sales team to position Rarible effectively in discussions and negotiations. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate product launches and feature development.
📝 Creating Documentation and Content: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge repository for both technical and non-technical processes. Develop client-oriented demonstration applications and enhance our developer center with relevant content.
🎯 Main Duties
- 💡 Partnership Oversight: Guide partnerships from initial concepts to successful implementation.
- 🔍 Managing Accounts: Address any partner account issues, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support.
