Role Overview: Senior Analyst at Memora Health
The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing reporting products for internal teams and customers. This critical position involves growing and managing analytics systems and frameworks, focusing on assessing, reporting, and enhancing the design and performance of our Clinical Programs.
As a key member of our Product team, you will collaborate with various departments, including Clinical Programs, Client Success, and Engineering. Responsibilities include establishing and managing program metrics and dashboards, analyzing data for Quarterly Business Reviews, and integrating data, analytics, and reporting tools into our platform and product offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and manage clinical program metrics and dashboards, emphasizing program outcomes and impact.
- Enhance the analytical approach to assess programs, program elements, and client engagement to improve Clinical Programs over time.
- Establish processes and tools to deliver data extracts and reports to clients, collaborating with the Client Success team.
- Support Client Success in data analysis for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, creating standard and ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
- Integrate internal and customer-facing data, analytics, and reporting tools into our platform, providing self-service operational data extracts and reports.
Qualifications (Required):
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with experience framing, designing, and running business analyses and reports.
- Expert SQL querying skills.
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with Python, R, or another statistical programming language.
- Experience analyzing and extracting insights from healthcare data sets.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for professional medical and corporate environments.
Qualifications (Bonus):
- Familiarity with MongoDB.
- Experience with data modeling and design.
- Prior work at a startup.
