About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support developers and projects utilizing our protocol. As the frontline representative of our team, you will need to understand both the Socket protocol and the external projects you support. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support during integration, offering insights to product and engineering teams, and addressing documentation gaps. Effective communication with developers across various sectors, such as DeFi, gaming, and NFT, is crucial. This role requires a high degree of commitment, as you will be an essential member of our small, high-performing team, making a significant impact.

What You’ll Do

• Assist hundreds of external teams in building on Socket by providing technical assistance, clear communication, education, and long-term support
• Develop content and code (CLIs, developer tooling, etc.), documentation, diagrams, and other materials needed by external teams to clearly understand and build on Socket
• Collaborate with our engineering, product, and business development teams, providing insights from your work with external teams
• Regularly read code, debug issues, and interpret logs, maintaining correspondence with integrators

Who You Are

• Capable of managing productivity across numerous communication channels, such as Telegram, Slack, Discord, and email
• Experienced in helping build an ecosystem from 0→1 in some capacity
• Skilled in writing production code with a “figure it out” attitude
• Able to question, reason, and prioritize feedback
• Valuing clear communication and collaboration
• Located within GMT +0 to GMT +7 time zones for effective team synchronization
