PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
In your capacity at ZW3, you should possess a demonstrable track record of taking charge and delivering player experiences that redefine innovation, all while thriving within a swiftly changing, energetic milieu.
Adapt your expertise in mobile, free-to-play (F2P), and gaming best practices to construct roadmap concepts tailored for a new realm, industry, and user demographic. Generate fresh concepts and features that drive the achievement of live product key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics – be prepared to redefine metrics within a novel market context.
Champion the cause of players and users, immersing yourself in their perspective to acquire insights, comprehend their needs, and develop tailored solutions. Maintain a vigilant watch over the burgeoning web3 landscape, reporting discoveries and insights while simultaneously conceiving novel features and opportunities. Leverage substantial user and consumer insights to unearth profound findings from users, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative aspects. Adapt nimbly to the rapid pace of change in an environment where dynamism is the norm, and remain adept at recalibrating plans and strategies to align with evolving market dynamics.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Possess 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of generating and launching features that have a positive impact on business objectives.
- Show proficiency in spearheading features, projects, and products by collaborating with cross-functional leaders, encompassing engineering, design, production, analytics, and various other core teams.
- Exhibit expertise in gathering input from both internal and external stakeholders and effectively conveying their requirements and use cases with empathy to prioritize the roadmap.
- Showcase robust project management capabilities and the capacity to present work to the executive team.
- Possess a solid comprehension of free-to-play games, core loops, designs, and live operations.
- Proficiency in SQL querying is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with the web3 gaming sector on major chains (such as ETH, Sol, Polygon) is advantageous.
- A grasp of blockchain, DeFi, GameFi, and cryptocurrency is also considered a benefit.
