The Role
Within the Tezos ecosystem, the Marketing function serves as the creative force crucial for propelling growth and success. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in fostering accelerated adoption and usage of products through strategic partnerships.
If you excel in steering collaborative growth initiatives and possess a strategic mindset, you are the ideal candidate we seek. You will collaborate with an equally talented and innovative team, aiming to establish effective relationships that yield results within our partner organizations.
What you’ll do
- Define, develop, and execute joint strategies and campaigns with our strategic partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships and Product teams
- Leverage existing marketing campaigns and assets, and generate new material as required to drive results
- Develop KPIs and other metrics to understand results and identify areas for improvement
- Own communication with partners on a regular basis and share their needs across the team
What We Require
- Proven experience as a Partner Marketing Manager or equivalent
- Robust background in direct marketing, partnerships, or business development within the tech industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive successful global marketing campaigns in collaboration with strategic partners
- Self-starter capable of setting priorities and working independently, collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
