You will be part of a growing team of 50+ individuals. While our primary base is in Berlin, Germany (🇩🇪), we also have team members in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹, the UK 🇬🇧, and other countries.

You’ll be joining a dynamic team of 50+ individuals. This role is based in Berlin (🇩🇪), with team members spread across Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹, the UK 🇬🇧, and other locations.
💻 About the Role: As a Technical Product Manager, your role involves overseeing the smooth delivery of the {Core} SDK and {Core} API roadmaps. You’ll ensure our developer products provide optimal value to builders inside and outside web3, working with the Safe{Core} team and engaging with top-tier organizations in the Safe ecosystem.

🗃️ What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct hands-on research to validate features and specifications with a developer audience.
- Draft and execute the roadmap for our Safe{Core} stack.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define high-level epics and low-level tasks.
- Contribute to shaping and improving {Core}’s product development processes.
- Influence and execute the definition and planning of epics.
- Track metrics of success and report findings with data-driven analytics.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with retrospectives to ensure continuous team improvements.
🎒 What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Extensive experience with SDKs and APIs.
- Understanding of solidity, smart contracts, and hands-on experience using web3 wallets.
- Full-cycle software development experience from ideation to launch.
- Experience writing user stories and user story mapping.
- Cross-functional team experience, stakeholder management, and building strong user relationships.
- Prototype development and testing.
- Experience using Google Analytics or a similar tool.
- Background in working on at least one successful user-facing mobile/web application.
- Released full mobile/web app features.
- Worked in agile processes and understands trade-offs.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Notion, Jira, Github, Zeplin, etc.).

- Experience building consumer applications.
- Market/competitor analysis skills.
- Deep experience with Dune analytics.
