Job Description: DevOps Lead Engineer at DIA
DIA is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DevOps Lead Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. As a leading provider of DeFi oracles on more than 35 different blockchain networks, DIA plays a crucial role in the decentralized finance ecosystem. In this role, you will take charge of leading the DevOps efforts, ensuring the development, scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure. Your responsibility will extend to complete ownership of ops within the organization, preventive maintenance, uptime management, and overseeing systems availability projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of ops within the organization.
- Lead preventive maintenance, uptime management, and systems availability projects.
- Ensure the delivery, scalability, and reliability of internal infrastructure.
- Advise the team on ops impacts of decisions, manage and mitigate DevOps incident management and communication.
- Explore future ops strategies in decentralized infrastructure setups.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Web3/Cryptocurrency experience or solid understanding of Web3 and decentralized architectures.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar environment.
- 2+ years of working experience in a web3 project.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Database admin experience.
- Experience with IPFS or other web3-based distributed computing/storage infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously with a global team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data stream management.
- Experience with setting up/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with TEEs, Tamper Evident Proofs, ZK proofs, or other verifiable off-chain computation.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems.
