Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and resourceful individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to join us as an Operations & Admin Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement company-level initiatives and culture.
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support, including form completion and submission.
- Update and organize company information and data.
- Procure and track office equipment and supplies.
- Manage corporate partnerships and vendors.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline.
- Plan, prepare, and execute company activities and events.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Service-oriented with a warm disposition.
- Resourceful with excellent time-management, even under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
