Job Description
About the role: As a Senior Motion Graphics Artist, you will play a crucial role in shaping an exciting ecosystem with a continuously evolving narrative. They are seeking a versatile designer who can seamlessly transition between branding and motion graphics in both 2D and 3D, to lead the production for NFT game projects and IP development. In this position, you will be an essential part of the NFT Creative Team, responsible for driving branding design in various styles and overseeing animation production. Please note that candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and lead a team of designers to create high-quality deliverables.
- Provide comprehensive art direction and establish the visual identity for NFT projects and marketing materials.
- Research reference materials for projects, articulate creative concepts, and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Develop 2D/3D animations and static images.
- Design digital assets (NFTs) and promotional materials based on internal guidance and partnership guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members, art directors, and project managers to ensure consistent branding and quality.
- Create storyboards to achieve storytelling goals and execute animations and typography with creativity.
- Adapt quickly to different brand guidelines to maintain consistency for numerous web deliverables.
- Manage time efficiently, multitasking to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on the latest graphic trends and contribute to best practices within the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, advertising, post-production, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles related to art.
- Diploma/Degree in Motion Design, Digital Fine Arts, Multimedia & Animation, or similar fields.
- Experience in areas such as graphic design, motion graphics, branding, visual effects, illustration, or 2D/3D animation.
- Proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Cinema 4D (Octane) or Blender, and Figma.
- Ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to diverse art styles.
- Willingness to experiment and flexibility to adapt to various art styles.
- Strong creative abilities with a keen sense of aesthetics and trends.
- Self-motivated with a drive for high-quality work. Excellent communicator, independent, and self-directed.
- Collaborative and humble in spirit.
- Interest in and knowledge of Cryptocurrency, NFTs, and AI.
