Who We Are
Mantle Ecosystem is comprised of several interconnected components built on Ethereum: Mantle Network, an Ethereum layer 2 (L2); Mantle Governance, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO); Mantle Treasury, one of the largest on-chain treasuries; and Mantle LSP, an upcoming Ether (ETH) liquid staking product. The Mantle token serves as the unified product and governance token of the ecosystem. Mantle is a rapidly growing, DAO-led ecosystem with a mission to drive the widespread adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.
We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the Mantle team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience and interface for our web-based products. We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs, while staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Web3 space. Please note that due to business requirements, this position is only open to candidates based in Singapore.
Your Role
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with project goals and technical requirements.
- Provide design guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Rapidly prototype design concepts to facilitate discussions and gather feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.
- Create high-quality visual designs that adhere to our brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our products.
- Stay informed about user preferences and behavior within the Web3 ecosystem.
Your Qualification
- Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on Web3 design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with an emphasis on Web3 experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized applications.
- Experience with designing responsive web applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
